      Oconee Concepts Construction and Design, Greensboro GA, owned and operated by ****** ****. Contract for project signed *********. Work began ******** 2022. Verbal committtment at start of project was to be completed within 3 months. Total cost of project $110,229.27. Seven installments totaling $104, 229.27 has been paid to ****** **** as of ***** ** ****. Project included 4 seasons room and outdoor living space with propane gas fireplace. As of today, **** *** **** project is not completed and multiple delays have occurred over the past 15 months including but not limited to: wrong ******** windows installed which was partially resolved as did not replace all hardware, only windows, leading to difficulty in being able to slide windows up and down; completion of installation of gas fireplace not resolved or completed; gas logs for fireplace left at house for over 2 months are for natural gas which is not available in neighborhood; we had to contact gas company multiple times ourselves to get installer to house to find out the logs cannot be installed; stone work not to our satisfaction-took greater than 6 months to resolve fireplace design; improper grading of patio causing pooling of rainwater against the house-attempted to resolved with gutter diversion however pooling of rainwater continues; unable to reach or receive communication from ****** **** in a timely manner-many times we have had to call 4 times and wait over a week for any response when attempting to get resolution to completion of project. Multiple neighbors have had projects started after ours and they have been completed within a three month period. Our project began ******** 2022 and to this date is not completed. This complaint is being filed to seek resolution in completing the project to our satisfaction and to have remaining financial balance waived due to inconveniences associated with extended time to complete the project.
