    On 08/22/2025, I placed an online order through the Little Caesars app at 9:34 PM for cheese sticks for my daughter. The app stated my order would be ready by 10:04 PM.When I arrived at 10:15 PM, the employee at the counter attempted to hand me the wrong order. When I pointed this out, she simply said, Sorry guys, its my time to clock out, my ride is outside, and walked out. Another employee came from the back, grabbed a drink, and returned without acknowledging customers.The app still showed my order in the oven, so I left and checked again later when it updated to being packed. When I returned, a different employee told me my cheese sticks had actually been sitting out cold on the counter (not in the heated section or Pizza Portal). She asked if I wanted them remade, but by that point it had been almost two hours since ordering.I requested a refund. The employee had to call her manager, eventually gave me a receipt, but never apologized for the unacceptable service. My young daughter was left hungry, and I had to go elsewhere to finally get food.Resolution Requested:I am requesting:1.A full refund of my order.2.An apology for the poor service.3.Corrective action to ensure employees at this location receive training in basic customer service and professionalism.This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of concern for customers.
