    I called this company for an estimate for several large repairs I needed because of a water leak. They made an appointment with me 2 weeks out, but showed up a week early and I was just heading out the door. Then she said she would email me an estimate. I kept looking but after many days, I called them. She said she will get it emailed that day. I checked my spam etc., but still no email from them. I called again twice and left a message but got no calls back. I called again and she said she'd get me an estimate that day too, again. I never heard from her. I can't imagine how this company has survived this long with service like this. I initially really liked her, but she has been very disrespectful to me and she lost a lot of huge jobs, because of this unprofessional non-service!
