  Took my truck in for an alignment today. After cranking on my tie rods, they called to say I needed new upper ball joints and tie rods before they’d touch it again. I do know i need ***** lift kit uppers to match my puck because it messes with my camber, but they could’ve just told me that instead of completely trashing the alignment first. When I picked it up, my steering wheel was sitting at 2–4 o’clock with tires driving straight. Went back asked what happened and they blamed loose tie rods and ball joints. I asked for the alignment data sheet, but they refused since the job wasn’t “completed.” They wouldn’t even put it back how it was and ended up calling me a liar, saying it came in like that. (Why would I complain if it wasn’t worse?). They asked “what do you want us to do spend the next 4 hours putting it back.” i mean yeah?? you cranked it that far left. I even offered them the 125$ just for them to just put it somewhat back how it was. They said there was no possible way to do that and then stated thats how it came into their shop in the first place. Which is a dead lie, the wheel was straight but slightly pulling left, and i called them out about the lie, to which they said I was the one who was lying, told me to prove it, and refused anymore service until i replaced both inner tie rods and upper ball joints. Took it to a different shop who inspected my inner tie rods and upper ball joints, found no play, and that they didnt need replacement, and proceeded to do the alignment correctly this time. They could've just told me their technicians were incompetent and didnt know how to do an alignment if that were the case. It wouldve saved them and me the time and headache. My parents have spent thousands here and for the silly little desk lady and her wrench monkey sidekicks to call me a liar is outrageous.
