      My car was towed September 1, 2024 by the police after pulling over someone renting it and on September 4, 2024 I located it and the balance was $365 with a plus towing. Its been a month in which these people are holding my car because of racism and greed. They keep coming up with every excuse not to release my vehicle. Ive gotten every piece of documentation theyve requested and they still wont release it. Theyve hung up in my face multiple times. They are very rude and disrespectful. Ive had the Secretary of State call them and the police go up there and they still wont release my car. I spoke with them Thursday and the lady said everything is good just bring the documentation, because I work during the week we werent able to pick the car up until Saturday, now the total is $1405 and she said I cant come until the manager gets in on Monday. Since its Saturday they want me to pay for two more days. They also added illegal fees because they had to run the vin to make sure the car is in my name which is suppose to be a part of their job anyways. I will be pursuing a civil case against a plus towing and if anyone else have similar problems with them please speak up so that they cant keep getting away with this. The way they talk to their customers is unacceptable. The way they run this business is very unprofessional and until someone take action they will continue to operate unethically. I wont stop until I get my car and they get the law suit they deserve.

      On December 4th 2023 approximately 2:17 , a tow truck driver with the cell phone number ************ Came to my residence and proceeded to move my k900 luxury car out of the garage onto the tow truck and severely scraped my car at the bottom and when he let it back down the hook pull from under ***** and pulled and damaged my bumper . Here are the pictures . He also left the car half way out of the garage not allowing me to secure my home. I just want to ameliorate the situation as soon as possible.Thankyou **********************************
