    Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against 7Strands Raw Extensions regarding the unacceptable handling of my recent order and the lack of customer service.On May 24th, I placed an order with 7Strands ***************** According to the tracking information provided, my package was dropped off at *** on June 3, but since then, there has been no further update on its status. The package appears to be stuck at the *** facility.I contacted *** to investigate the delay, and they advised me to either file a complaint or open an investigation. However, they informed me that if an investigation were to be initiated, any reimbursement would be sent to the company and not to myself, the customer.In an attempt to resolve this issue, I have reached out to 7Strands ********************* multiple times through various channels. I have emailed the company three times without receiving any response. I have also tried to contact them via Instagram and ********* but I have not received any replies through these platforms either. Additionally, the company does not have a phone number listed, making it impossible to reach them directly.I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the inadequate customer service provided by **********************. I have not received any assistance or updates regarding the status of my order, nor have I been offered any solutions or compensation for the delay.I request the Better Business Bureau's assistance in resolving this matter. I would like 7Strands Raw Extensions to promptly provide an update on the status of my package and ensure its delivery. If the package cannot be delivered, I expect a full refund of my payment. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
