    On Dec 22, I hired the cleaning company for a deep clean and was quoted $350 for deep clean. This includes but not limited to dusting sweeping vacuuming tidying the house full clean of kitchen and bathrooms make bed. This is advertised on their ******** page. The companys employees showed up an he past schedules time and began to dust. I was present in the home. Owner told me it ***** take 5-6hrs to clean. After an 1-2 of dusting, owner said she had an emergency and would have to reschedule, and took the full payment of $350. Owner had not reached back out to me, on Dec ***** I sent ***** message inquiring about a reclean or a refund and have not heard back.

    I contacted Kynlee Cleaning Services about a deep clean and submitted a booking request. I expressed every specific detail that I needed done for my home. I was quoted $325. Once the cleaners came out to my home for our 11am appt (which they showed up late for), they gave another quote:$380. I said that is fine. I asked what was the ballpark to be done, I was told 5-6ish. I said ok. I touched based about 445pm asking how we were looking and they told me 2-3 more hours. I said ok, I had a grocery pickup at 530 but I could reschedule that if I needed to. Then I said I will run other errands since they needed that time. I contacted them again around 645pm and they told me they hadnt started on the kitchen yet. I said ok, we were an hour away. I asked them if they wanted to come back since it was getting late and I knew they were exhausted. The Kitchen was not complete. The stove/oven were to be deep cleaned, along with the fridge and freezer, microwave etc. I paid them $500 through cashapp. There were a handful of reschedules, one due to me not confirming officially after stating that will work. The FINAL reschedule was Friday, 5/3/24 for 12pm. They did not show up and I had to call them to ask them if they were not coming. They asked again to reschedule for the following week. I told them no and I wanted a partial refund. The cleaner offered me an insulting $30. I was told to reach out to the owner ***** who insulted me even further by stating she would give me a $40 refund, final solution. I told her that would not suffice. I continued on and submitted a review on their fb page along with Yelp. I started receiving harassing phone calls and texts from the cleaners whom I know was ***** the entire time. They attempted to dox me by posting pictures of my home and etc. If I pay for a service, I expect that service to be completed. I was gracious and accommodating for it to get done, but it kept being dragged out.
