Kyle V***** was the most unprofessional person I've EVER dealt with. He was hired to do a bat removal. He quoted the job to be $755 at which he wanted up front. Due to the bat problem, some soffit was needing to be replaced and he immediately began tearing that out. He then unloaded a lot of unnecessary materials on us that we didn't need. We told him we had plenty of ridge vent and didn't want a ridge guard installed. We just wanted the bats removed and seal up the opening and replace the soffit. He refused to take back the materials and wouldn't even produce a receipt, saying he buys in bulk and can't take it back.
At this point we're stuck so we tell him to continue and finish the job. He then wanted $510 before he'd come back out to FINALLY replace the soffit he'd torn out and then he put up exit cones for the bats to leave.
You would think he'd got the bats out first and then replace materials that the bats had ruined?!? Nope. After about 2 weeks the bats were still in the attic ruining the new soffit. In his paperwork, it was stated his work came with a 1 year guarantee. We'd call him and he'd always have excuses. Out of town, truck in shop, picking up daughter, etc...
After paying him another $120, he finally came back and put up another exit cone. He also never did a cleanup and deodorize like was stated in paperwork. A few more weeks pass and we still hear bats. I texted, called and finally told him I'd see him in court.
He responded to that saying he was finished with us.
-He would not make good on his warranty.
-He never came back to remove the exit cones.
-The bats are still in the attic.
-The guano is still in the attic.
-A job that was quoted at $755 turned into $1385.00 down the drain.

If you ever need work done, DO NOT CALL THIS GUY. He is a crook and will take advantage of you.
Bat guano is very dangerous! All of this and he KNEW WE HAD A 6 MONTH OLD BABY IN THE HOUSE.
What a loser.
