I took my 2011 ******** C300 in to the business (Electronics **************), because I had a display on my on my dash instrument panel indicating to check the Rear Fog Lights. The Rear Fog Lights worked, but driver instrument display panel showed an error message to check the Rear Fog Lights.When took the car to Electronics ************** an ask the owner and the repair technician about the error message. I explained what the issue was the owner stated that they can correct the error and the light would go off. In the repair process they installed two (Electronics Resistors) to the rear tail lights wiring and they access the car diagnostic system and turn the error light off. In process that the rear fog light stop working and the vehicle displayed a check rear (Brake and Side Marker and Tail Lights) After I called back the next day and told the owner what was going on. He told me to bring back that they would correct the problem. Because they know what the issue was causing the problem. He stated that they did not cause the problem. I told him that all lights was working when I brought the vehicle in to have service work done I only had an error code light. ****** did mot have the time to work on it that day to come back when I did go back to have correct what ever they did to cause the problem. The owner told me to call back and make an appointment to bring the vehicle back so they could check it out. When I did call the owner stated that it would cost me an additional $220.00 on top of the $270.00 that I had already paid. I raised my concern about that. because what ever they cause the Rear Fog Light to stop working and the additional error code to the Brake and Side Marker Tail Lights and the Fog to stop working. In the process of addressing my concerns the cut the conversation on the phone. I called back several times, but he failed to answer the my call.
