    12/2 between 8:30 and 9 $111 for me and 1 other but we were in a group so there are more refunds needed. A group of friends and I came to have a goodbye before moving. Entering into the race. A couple jumped to the cars behind us form the previous race. Went out of place and drove up to skip the line. Ran into multiple people. Possibly causing o injuries. Staff did not take control of the situation nor take responsibility or accountability for managing the track. Once the race concluded the manager and staff seemed to know and defend the individual. The individual was confrontational and told us we can take it outside insinuating a fight. The staff had to stand between him and us. After the manager would not issue us any refund for the race we did and the one we could not do anymore because of the headaches and nausea that was caused. The manager stated refunds can only be done by the regional manager. But would not contact them now or in the future for us. They also refused to let us contact them. No refunds were issued other than food that was not received. The confrontational individual then stayed on the track as others races, standing next to the negligent track manager where only employees were. The manager says there are cameras and footage but did not and would not review them. He essentially called us liars as he did not witness or chose to ignore what happened. Other witnesses came forward to back up our story of how reckless the customer and staff were being. Someone will get hurt here if nothing is done by corporate.
