    I hired this company to complete a Class 3 soil survey. I instructed them that I wanted to be present during the inspection in order to point out some points of interest on the property. They never contacted me to be present for the survey. They supposedly conducted the survey and added information of a non-existent well on the neighbor’s property and stated they my property was not suitable for a leach field due to this well. They supposedly completed the boar holes and soil evaluation in four locations although I found no evidence of the excavations. I contacted the county environmental office and was advised that no wells were registered on any of the adjoining properties. I had pre-paid $600.00 for the survey since the company will not release the findings of the survey without prepayment. I have tried to contact the company three times to discuss the survey and am unable to get a response from them. If I am unable to resolve the issue through the BBB, I intend to file legal action.
