    I purchased one of their shiitake mushroom logs from the *******-Sonoma website on 4/13/2023. The log came with a little slip of paper explaining that due to COVID they had to use a younger log that can take longer to fruit (7-9 months). However they stated, We guarantee our logs to fruit.After about one year of the log not fruiting, I called and spoke directly with one of the (owners?), I believe it was ****. He gave me tips to try, which I did. Unfortunately, here we are at 2+ years since purchasing the log and it has never fruited for us. I placed a call and left voicemails for both people named on the website (**** and ******) asking for either a replacement log or a refund, and have gotten no response. I also emailed the company and have gotten no response. This is highly disappointing considering the amount they need to refund me is small ($41.29) and a replacement log is also relatively easy to do. The right thing to do is give me one of the above since they gave a guarantee. This business is not operating with good business practices at all. I also asked ********-****** for a refund since they should stand behind all businesses and their corresponding products advertised on their website, but they would not due to the length of time that has transpired. This was a situation that required a long length of time to play out due to the nature of a young mushroom log that needs time to fruit. So responding in the first year might have been too early.

    I purchased a shiitake mushroom log on Apr 15 2024. I have not received the item and the tracking information provided states 'Shipper created a label, *** has not received the package yet.'I tried contacting the business several times through email and phone but have not received any response.

    This business claims to have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. The mushroom log that I received as a gift has not produced any mushrooms. I simply want a new log to replace the one that didnt produce. I have attempted to call them over the course of two weeks. Ive made 4-5 phone calls and left messages. Ive also send two email communications and havent heard back.     Purchased their product, Order # ****. Followed the directions provided and product didn't perform as advertised. I contacted the business, explained the problem, provided the information they requested, and was told to try again. I found this to be a put off because their product does not work. I asked for a refund and they are not acting like they are wishing to comply. This product is defective. I want to return for my money.

    I received an email from  2funguys indicating that they had refunded the amount via PayPal. I am unable to use PayPal, although I have tried several times. I have requested that they send the money directly to me at my home address.
