I received services at USA Vein Clinics from the time period of 6/2022-12/2022. I never received a single bill in the mail from their clinic to pay for my services. Then I received a collections letter in June 2023. I called their billing department on 6/12/23 to pay my remaining balance of $121.87 and was told my account was paid in full. A month later my HSA account was charged three separate times amounts of $400 without my authorization, totaling $1200. I then called the billing department again on 7/25/22 and spoke to ***********************, who told me my outstanding balance was $512.42, of which I paid. He stated to me multiple times that my account was paid in full after this payment. Now on 1/18/24 I received an email stating I had an outstanding balance on my account, I clicked the link and my outstanding balance is $20,009.77. I immediately called USA Vein Clinics and have spoken to several people, many of which hung up on my call or some who said they would return my call after they reviewed my account, which they have never done. The individuals I have spoken to from 1/18/24-1/22/24 have all told me conflicting outstanding balances of $1091, $1700, $202, and $1820. No one can tell me what my actual balance is and why I even have a balance since I paid my account in full in July 2023. I have had no further services completed at this provider so there should not have been any additional charges over a year after the visits were completed. The final claim for my last date of service was processed on Dec 15, 2022 by the insurance company, so no further charges should have been added after July 2023 when the account was paid in full. I have every EOB from my medical insurance company stating what my amount owed is and none of them match up to what they are saying I owe them. This company has been very dishonest and fraudulent with my charges. As well as they should have never reported me to a collections agency before sending me a physical bill in the mail.
