    On 7/28/23 Handy Tech Services replaced a part on my Electrolux oven. At which time of putting the new part the tech had issues with the pins on the wiring lining up.On 9/25/23 I called Handy Tech and left a message letting them know the oven was still having issues. I reddit no return call.On 9/28/23 I texted and asked where do we stand on my phone call on the the issues. I received a texted back stating he was working with Electrolux on a replacement board. At this time I asked waz this covered under the warranty. He texted back saying yes sir.On 9/29/23 I received a texted stating the part had been ordered but they do not have it in stock but hopefully would be in within **** days but hopefully sooner.On 10/9/23 I was again called numerous times with no return call so I also texted asking where do we stand on the replacement part. This was done at 11:32 AM. As of 4:57 PM I followed up with another text because I never got a response to my call or text.On 10/10/23 I called again and no response.On 10/12/23 I called again and no response On 10/15/23 I called again and no response On 10/17/23 I received a text stating that no one in ******* has it. I On 10/23/23 I called and received no response so I followed up with a text and again no response On 10/24/23 I call again no response so I followed up with a text and no response.On 10/5/23 and 1/4/24 and 1/9/24 I did the same as previous times with a call and text and no response.On 1/10/24 I received a text stating he couldn't get the part and he was " I am sending you a check for the part". " I drop a check for you this week ".On 1/24 and 1/25 and 1/26 I called and texted and still have not gotten and response of where is the check or fixing my oven.
