    I booked a party on march 22nd for April 6th 2024 from 5-7 I was told I would hear from the location a week prior to my party to confirm all of my party details . On the date of my event I have been trying to reach the location since 10am and have been unsuccessful. I called the snellville location at 2:30 spoke with ********** advised her that I was very upset I have no details on my party I dont know if its confirmed also if I want to cancel any food or the event Im unable to reach the location in dacula . I arrived at 4:40 spoke with **** who identified as the manager I expressed to him how upset I am with the lack of communication regarding this party I advised him if I didnt have quest scheduled to arrive I would cancel this party . He was very unprofessional. He didnt offer me an apology all he said was Ill Try to have the room ready as soon as possible . I spent over $500.00 with this establishment. I emailed corporate no response also ******************* the Assistant GM blocked me from her cell phone and refused to return any calls or resolve my request I want a full refund I spent almost $700 .
