We were looking to use Unisource to help obtain equipment. When I spoke with *****, there was no mention if I could not get the equipment that I was needing I would not be able to receive my funds back. The issue is there are no lifts available for me to purchase, even looking at different brands and types. I have been diligently looking and working with Autozone, and am unable to secure the equipment I needed. ************************ has not been trying to contact me or been in contact with me the whole time I have been looking for my needed equipment. In fact the only time other that the initial contact, I have been the one to call Unisource. No one from Unisource has been in contact with me from the time we last spoke, and determined that there was not going to be any equipment available for the next foreseeable 6 months. I informed ***** that I would not be able to wait that long, Unisource has not reached out to me since. I have been diligently searching on my own for the needed equipment with the stores that use their services. Ultimately I was able to find a lift, unfortunately I could not use Unisource to help me fund the equipment purchase, and have paid for said lift myself. When I called to inform ***** that I can no longer use their leasing services, and no equipment was, or could be found under their leasing sources, he became irate with me and would not discuss any refund of my funds. I called Unisource to complain about the crappy way ***** spoke to me after informing him that I could no longer use their services, and was told that customer service would get back with me.... again silence, no follow up. I am no longer wanting anything to do with Unisource. I will not do business with them in the future. I am requesting a return of my funds $340.51, as Unisource was unable to fund my equipment purchase. Very disappointed in this experience with this company. I am asking for a refund of my funds, not a future credit to do business with this company again.
