    Order from fall 2024, never arrived but our university paid the invoice. Forgot about it after never getting a returned call or email. Now remembering, after placing another order June 2025 with no product arrival, no phone or email response. DO NOT ORDER from them. Asked my university to cancel the ** and remove them as an approved vendor.

    ******** customer service. Placed an order in January of 2025 and as of July 2025 still haven't received it. Our institution's credit card got charged in March 2025. Reached out multiple times to customer service and haven't received a response. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

    I have never received the supplies I ordered from them. My credit card was charged but no product sent! No one answers the phone at this company nor do they respond to my emails. I think this company must be closed down, but their website is still up. DO NOT order anything from Southern Labware.

    I ordered an electric desiccator cabinet that was in stock and was available to be shipped within 3-5 days (as stated online). It took over 3 weeks to receive the item and ******* in customer service was of no help to identify the problem or get it to us sooner. When the equipment did finally arrive it was the wrong item (and half the price of what I had ordered). They actually told US to deal with the manufacturer so to help resolve this quickly we did assist them with doing their job. We called to have it replaced (immediately) but were told that the item we ordered was no longer in stock and that we would not receive it for 5-6 weeks. We requested a refund since this is something we needed two weeks prior. However, they cannot provide us a refund until the manufacturer sends us a return label which they (and us) have been unable to obtain. Our purchase was with Southern Labware so they need to manage their third party vendors. I assume they are trying to exasperate us to the point we no longer care about the $2200 we spent for nothing. Do not do business with this company. They have horrible customer service, cannot manage their vendors and will not help with getting you your money back when the wrong item is sent. I am a business owner of two businesses and would never treat my customers like this nor do I have the time to be constantly calling them to get this resolved.

    I purchased a vacuum pump from them and when i received it it was defective, when i called them they sent me a manual on fixing it. Told them I was in no way able to do that, after a couple of months they sent me label to send the product back to them. After two weeks I had not heard and they had not received it back. I had to get the tracking number from them and find it and I did it was heading for them....still waited a couple more weeks nothing, so I called again and yes they got it, customer service was surprised that I had not been refunded...so she is going to check...I hear nothing back for a week...sent an email...nothing for a few days. then I get a email that it was damaged in shipping...how do you damage a defective product....I just typed back WOW... then I got to thinking about it and emailed her back and told her to ship it back to me....that was a month ago and I have had no response to the two emails I sent checking to see if it was sent.so no wonder they are a 5 billion dollar company when get peoples money and then then the defective merchandise back you are ready to ************* apparently.all I can say is ***** is a coming
