    I found my home on ****** and applied on ****** one of the property managers/ managers Assistant (I still don’t know to this day) reached out and I viewed the house and they were originally very hands on and communication was great once I actually moved in it took forever for them to send me the lease. Lied about it being fully electric so I did not have gas for multiple days and it was freezing in the home. It took almost a month to get the link to the resident portal. Was blantantly ignored for weeks and got zero response when it comes to issues with the unit (giant leak, one meter on a duplex, have to get an new lease 3 times because they kept sending the wrong one with the wrong address, and the power went out because of electrical issues) then they I guess sold the property or another company took over my lease and they did not notify me at all. I didn’t know till almost a week after and it took 2 days to get a response from them regarding that.
    I understand it’s an online business (I think) and that can be difficult but this was handled so incredibly poorly and beyond unprofessional. I am not only disappointed and disgusted. I do not feel comfortable in my home but I have no other choice at the moment I sincerely hope they see this and work harder to create a safer, more comfortable, and professional environment for their tenants. So beyond disappointed.
