The company has been harassing me ever since I've gotten a loan from them December 2021. There had been different people calling me from different numbers telling me different information. Then I made arrangements 2-3 weeks ago to pay on my account with one person. She said she notated it.. received another call days later from the male supervisor stating she was new and she never put them in the system at all. He also told me I couldn't make a payment over the phone and I had to come in to the building I told him I work long hours and the place of my employment and he said "we can come up there and pick it up from you and write you a receipt" I then was taken back because if I was told before I can make arrangements to come in all of a sudden you will come to my job. I said no. Received a call from another person the next day and she stated the young lady did put notes in and he told me wrong information I also expressed my frustration with talking to different people. Ended up telling her I made time to come in on my lunch because they stated to had to be before 5pm when they close. I came in around 1:30pm last Friday made a $100 payment on my account giving her my card. She printed me a receipt we did terms and agreements which I have copies of as well and stated that I was good to go after a hour of being there. We'll late that night after 7:30pm they call my phone saying she made a mistake and did the payment as cash instead of debit card which wasn't my fault. She continues to blow my phone up and even text me asking me to send her a picture of my card. She she can process the payment they stated couldn't be taken over the phone from the jump. Couple of days later she called my employment which I never gave them authorization to do so and said her supervisor gave her then number but I never gave it to him. And she also said he is out due to being in a car accident. Now she told me she doesn't care if I have receipts. At this point I'm frustrated and harassed.
