              This company wants to project the appearance of an honest provider of straw but it looks like the bales of straw are reduced in size yet counted as a full bale.
              I was cheated by at least 30 bales. I called the number on the business card, texted and emailed and no one responds. Marcus R., if that is his name, has young men doing all the hard work and lei for him while he sits in the truck and waits for them to lay down the reduced in size bales. DO NOT HIRE OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PERSON:

              I do run an honest business and my office manager spoke to Mr ***** today and discussed this matter with me this afternoon. Mr****** stated that his "Gardener" told him the number of bales purchased should have covered the back area of his property as well. Mr.****** started out with 100 bales but kept adding on 10 until he reached a total of 130 of which he paid for. He indicated he wanted to get back area too, but I only completed and was paid for work done per his instructions. He was satisfied with the job otherwise if there were any issues ( concerns or complaints) I would have addressed them that day. I strive to do a satisfactory job for all my customers but as a business owner I can't work for free and if Mr. ***** wasn't satisfied with my work or price he would've paid me at all.
