My daughter is in ***** * ***** ** ************ State University. We are bombarded with statements, saying she owes money, but we have attempted to notify the financing operations person located on the bottom of our statement, but they will not return calls. The one person I did speak to said they had questions about some of the charges we were billed for also, and that they would get someone to reach out to us. No one ever did. We keep getting statement after statement saying she owes money.

My daughter was a member of ***** *** **** at the University of ******** at *******. She changed to unaffiliated status in May of 2023; however, she has continued to receive statements charging for membership fees for the time after she changed to unaffiliated status. She has made every attempt to contact them via phone calls, text messages and emails to remind them she is unaffiliated, and should NOT be billed any more. They have responded to some of her communications stating they would get her status updated. She has been in direct communication with Emily H*** the Financial Vice President at ************* and ********************* However, last week, we received another statement addressed to our daughter ******, as well as my husband ***** and myself stating we owe $339.31 , which includes late fees. The statement says if we don’t pay, we will be turned into a commissioned collection agency.

We do o not want this to affect our or our daughter’s credit, as we have done nothing wrong. Please assist us with getting this matter resolved. We have made every effort to resolve this on our own in the last 6 months, but have not been successful.
