    I brought my rose gold ***** ******* here on ******** **** at 2:09 pm and was promised that it would be fixed around the same time the next day. I paid the full price of $383.57(labor and repair). The next day it still wasn't fixed. I had other things to do both that Thursday and Friday, and they are closed that Saturday-Sunday. I called the following Tuesday to receive an update and was told that the part didn't fit, so another part had to be shipped and it was supposed to come later that day and he would have it fixed before they closed at 6pm. I couldn't go that day because I had class, so I decided to go the next day around 2 or 3pm, when I went to pick up the laptop it was still in pieces and was told that I would be getting a grey/silver top put on instead of the color that matched my laptop, even though I was never informed that I would be receiving another color. I was angry and demanded a refund, and to put my laptop back together like I gave it to him. He promised to and have it ready the next day. when I came, he was given to me in 4-5 pieces just like the previous day. We had an argument and so he talked to my mother, which led them to coming to an agreement. I told him I was going to dispute it with my bank because he was not going to give me the whole $383.57, but take out the labor fees. The agreement was that he was going to fix it and refund me my money only if I bring him just $300 in cash. On February 23rd, he sent my mother pictures of it turning on completely. I went down there to pick it up and gave him the cash, however once I got home as charged it up, it immediately began running hot, was stuck on the ***** logo, and the top part was loose. I informed him that it still wasn't working properly. I brought it back to the shop around 8pm, with the promise that he would look at it and fix it and have it ready the next day. The next day, the same issues was happening, I was told that it wasn't their issue anymore because they fixed the screen.

    Scammers! They promised me a fantastic Rogers deal too good to be true then took my personal ID and used it on the web. Stay away from Jason and cellplug Canada. They will steal your money and leave you to suffer.
