    I drop my car off for a complete inspection of Motor/ and overall of my car was on June *** 2022. Spoke with them several times on what my car needed and I gave the OK for the repairs. On June ** of 2022 I called at 2:13 PM and the young lady I spoke to on the phone told me that he was doing the final inspection and taking off the rack now but I can head that way to pick up my car. It took approximately 15 minutes to arrive. On arrival a young man stepped out and let me know there was damage to my car. He took me to my car to inspect the damage that was caused by him at the shop. He proceeded to let me know that they decided after he did the damage to my car they noticed that I needed rear struts for my car also ,and decided to go ahead and put them on my car for free of charge for doing damage to my vehicle. I did not receive an call about the Incident that just occurred.I'm assuming because I was already in route to come to The shop. I went inside and paid for the repairs that were done which was a total of $794.81. The lady advised me that I can take my car down to ********** ***** that was a couple doors down from their business and they would do the repairs on my car and will be payed by them. So at that time I left my car with them and I called the very next morning and spoke to the owner Mr. Terry L.****. He stated that they put the struts on my car after they damaged my vehicle. He also stated that I could pay him for the struts or he can take them back off! He said he went ahead and did that for the cost of the damage he did to my vehicle that it was roughly about $500 of damage! I called the pOlice to make a report and he refused to give his insurance information to make any official Report. My insurance company notified him And he also refused to give them any insurance information.
