    The set deposit was $300. Lease ended *******. I was advised my account wasn’t official closed until *********. I moved out, turned in keys, pool pass and gate key. I was advised I’d receive my deposit in 30 days. I’ve visited the leasing office and called several times. Leasing agent and manager both stated they had received checks in 2 1/2 months. It’s been 4 at this point! This is unacceptable. I should not have to keep calling for something owed to me. The staff is I knowledgeable, uncaring and overall useless. I also experienced two flooding incidents in the bathroom due to the upstairs neighbor. The ceiling wasn’t ripped out and reapplied. The mold, mildew there was at an all time high. These place is a disgrace and should be shut down immediately. Please choose somewhere else to stay if you care about your well being and sanity. If nothing comes of this, I guess the next steps are legal actions because this is not lawful.

    WORST APARTMENT PLACE EVER!!! They told me everything that was wrong in the apartment would be fixed and I waited two weeks for them to keep giving me excuses. I told them I wanted to break my lease due to them not upholding their end of the deal. They told me I had to pay two months rent and loose my deposit. In my lease it only says one months rent and I loose my deposit. They are money hungry. They are not upholding their end of the deal. The property and assistant property manager are rude. They are not friendly, they interrupt while you are speaking, they raise their voice, they do not listen and they lie to cover their butt. I would not come here for your first apartment or any apartment. If you plan to MOVE In plan to have a nasty apartment (I had someone’s pizza still in the refrigerator), bugs crawling, marks on wall. Water marks on ceiling, marks on floor, no safely lights, ceiling fans were unsafe when turned on, they never gave me a permanent code for the gate, they want you to stay on top of them and remind them of their Job. They do not care if you have a job and are an adult as well trying to pay your bills. Hidden fees when paying rent is ridiculous. I WOULD NOT MOVE IN HERE TO SAVE MY LIFE AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE. Absolutely horrible.
