    I visited this unit to check two indoor parking locations for two classic vehicles that are being shipped to *******, **. When I left iStorage, I informed the site manager that I would take the two spots and ask her if I needed to pay now and she said you pay when you bring the vehicles on Jul 28th. I went out of the country and when I got back, I had two storage confirmation emails with payment options from *** Storage and not iStorage so I called the facility on July 8th and when I could not get anyone, I called the national number and ask them what was going on. They informed me that although I had two confirmed reservations, they cancelled them and gave my parking spots to someone else. This has caused undue stress and hardship as I must now try to scramble and locate two interior parking locations for vehicles being shipped. No one provided me with any verbal, written, or explicit notice that my reservation was not guaranteed. Had I been informed, I would have paid when I went to the facility but was told I am good, and reservations were locked in. They must provide this in writing, and I am contemplating legal actions for this deceptive practice.
