    This company took over for a local pest company and when the change happened I ended my services in 2021. Yesterday I got a letter from a collection agency that I owed 140.00. Never have I received a bill or a call giving me the opportunity to rectify. Collections wants a letter of dispute mailed them in California to have it removed off my credit bureau. They are working to assist but this never should have happened. No call no email no correspondence that I owed anything nor was I getting services. False record showed my home was serviced at midnight with no chemicals used. Stay away from this company.

    To whom it may concern,

    When the company went through our change over, there were a lot of technical issues that took place. Since then Purcor has been working diligently to correct those mistakes. I've been notified that our billing team has made the appropriate corrections to this account. We do apologize for the billing mishaps that took place. Thank you.
