    I am a long-time Onelife Fitness member at **********, **. I was verbally harassed and called homophobic slurs by another member. I followed proper proceduresreported it immediately, spoke to management multiple times, and provided photo/video evidence. I was promised by management the issue would be resolved by a certain date. It wasnt. I was promised a call back from the regional managernever received it. I was promised actionnone taken. The abusive member remains active in the club, continuing to disrespect members and staff.This has become a case of gross negligence by both club and corporate management, with a complete lack of accountability. I am requesting Onelife corporate and regional management take immediate action to remove this member, acknowledge the repeated communication failures, and provide a formal apology for the poor handling of this incident. I will also be cancelling my membership if this is not resolved.Desired outcome: have the abusive member's membership revoked permanently, written response from corporate, and proper follow-up communication.

    I canceled my membership when I moved to ************ 2 1/2 months ago and they have been drafting my account ever since and they actually drafted my account tonight for an additional $79.99

    Here at Onelife Fitness we have a firm but fair policy for cancellation that is outlined in each and every membership agreement that is signed and emailed to all new members. Our policy in order to cancel is as follows, email ************************************************************** inform them of the name, phone number or membership number, and mention that you would need to cancel the account with the reason for cancellation. We inform members that the reply typically takes 24 hours if sent during the week or it will be replied to on the next business day if sent on a weekend or holiday and sometimes requires a reply, if sent within the year agreement timeframe to confirm if the membership will be cancelled via buyout, or if the membership is going to be cancelled for a specific reason such as medical or relocation, where they require a proof of relocation or proof of medical that would prohibit the member from using the gym. In this situation, we only see an email that was submitted as of December 5th. *************** replied on December 7th asking for proof of relocation or medical which was not replied to or provided according to the notes on the members account.

    Due to this being brought to my attention, with the reason for cancellation being known, I have submitted for immediate cancellation due to medical with no further billing or buyout fee needed. I have also emailed the complainant to confirm billing address for the refund that I will be processing (total $159.96) that was replied to at the time of me sending this response. The refund can take up to *************************************************** the email sent. The members request has been approved and all submissions are being completed today to have this situation taken care of.
