      Complaint Type: Service Issues / Misrepresentation / Negligence In May 2024, my vehicle broke down and I brought it to Express Oil Change. Over the course of four separate visits between May and July, they repeatedly misdiagnosed the problem, performed unnecessary repairs, and failed to disclose the true issuea coolant leak leading to major engine damage.Despite keeping my car for extended periods, Express Oil Change never informed me of a coolant leak. Instead, they replaced the water pump, traction belt, ignition coils, and spark plugs, and assured me the vehicle was safe to drive. At one point, they even admitted to topping off the coolant as a courtesy multiple times but failed to disclose or address the underlying problem.After my fourth visit, my car overheated within two miles of leaving their shop. They then admitted that I had a coolant leak and now needed a new engine on a 10 year old ****** with only 92K miles on it. At this point, I lost all confidence in their ability to service my vehicle and had it towed to ************************** confirmed the engine failure was in fact caused by a longstanding coolant leak that Express Oil Change should have identified months earlier. More troubling, ****** discovered that someone had put a foreign glue-like sealant into my coolant system (meant to plug a leak)causing extensive additional damage to both my engine and radiator. This resulted in a repair bill of $9,291.92, which I was forced to pay out of ********* a single woman who relies on professional mechanics to be honest and competent, I feel I was misled, taken advantage of, and left to drive an unsafe vehicle for months. My vehicle was also very well taken care of before bringing it to them and I would not have incurred these heavy costs had they properly diagnosed and addressed the underlying issue during my initial visit in May. The entire thing could and should have been avoided and its unacceptable.

      I took my 2017 **** F150 there to get my oil changed. Two weeks later I find a puddle of oil on the ground under my truck. They told it in and said it was the oil drain plug. I then drove it back home and noticed it had lost a substantial amount of power. I took it back. They said the engine and everything was fine. I then drove it back home and knew it wasnt fine. I then took it to **** dealership for a second opinion and the turbo on the driver side had been damaged. The engine oil operates the turbos. They have blown me off multiple times and will not accept responsibility. I will continue to pursue
