October 2022: Blossman installed our **** gallon propane tank this Summer. They charged me nearly $1500 for the installation. They purchased the company that was going to do the installation that quoted me $650 only 3 months ago. They never installed the regulator nor informed me that they would need to do it later. I informed ***** at Blossman that we needed help. She told me that they should have installed it but didn't because our line was not installed to the pool. She told me to hold. 30 minutes later I finally hung up and called them back. ***** answered the phone and I told her that I think ***** forgot me and she literally said, "PROBABLY." I was then put on hold again for a couple of minutes and ***** answered the phone. I mentioned my name and asked her if she found out if anyone could help us tomorrow. She said, "For what?" She couldn't remember who I was or what I was calling for. I told her the property address and she said, "Oh, no. No one is available tomorrow." She never bothered to apologize or try to remedy the issue. This company is terrible and this type of behavior and customer service is deplorable and unacceptable. November 18 Update: Today I had to go the onsite store to get any assistance. The summary, ***** asked me if who filled the tank with Propane? I asked why does it matter and she said that if it was someone else that they could not install the regulator. Then she called her manager and the manager said, "yes we can still install the regulator but they didn't pay for a regulator." This is in total opposition of everything I have been told to date, specifically by ***** that said the regulator should have been installed during the installation. Effectively, they are either lying to me now or have been lying to me this whole time. Now I am having to pay someone else to come install the regulator. I believe Blossman is price gouging, and lying about their services while trying to monopolize the market in Canton

****************** purchased a **** gallon underground tank from someone out of state. He had originally contacted ******************** in July 2023 regarding the install and tank purchase .Blossman Gas acquired ******************** in August **************************** September after receiving  his tank in regards to having someone unload and bury his tank. We sent a technician and a crane truck out to unload the tank he purchased . ****************** was not charged for that service call or the technicians time. The burial of the tank was scheduled with our sub contractor for September 8th. The cost of the burial was $650.00. Fire marshal ***** require all underground tanks to be installed using a cathodic protection system. Unfortunately the tank ****************** purchased out of state did not come with the required system. We installed the required bags needed per his tank size when the tank was buried. The cost for the bags and installation was $800.00.

Regulators are installed once all of the gas lines and appliances are in. The regulator pressure is set according to the appliance BTU load.

****************** was not charged for any regulators due to his contractor needing to finish the installation of his pool heater before the regulators could be installed.

I am rejecting this response because:  I called Buffy at Blossman gas once they installed the tank.  She told me that Blossman should have installed the regulator as it was part of the install price quoted.  She was confused about why it wasnt installed.  I told her that I had been told they did not install the regulator because the pool contractor did not have the gas lines in the ground.  She said to call back once the lines were installed.  Fast forward one month and ***** would not even discuss with my contractor because they wanted to be difficult.  Then I stopped by the office.  First question, who filled your tank?  When they realized that they werent filling my tank then they continued to change their story until finally they told me that I didnt pay for it.  If o had been told that I did not pay for the regulator, then why would I wait for a month for Blossman when I would have preferred to give my money to another business that is actually interested in customer satisfaction and not price gouging the customer.

      Sincerely,

I apologize for the mix up if you were told by ****** Gas the regulator was included when you scheduled the tank burial in July.
Unfortunately we cannot honor past jobs that were quoted by the previous company unless a job was prepaid in advance.
We can offer you a 25 % discount off the final install and connection price if you would like to schedule having that done in the future. We typically schedule a free estimate on all of our installs in order to give a customer an accurate  price before we proceed with our service.
      Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:  I talked to you or employee, *****, as I have explained many times already.  You continue to insult me by acting as if ***** or ***** does not work for Blossman.  As I mentioned, if ***** would not have told me that it was already part of the install cost THAT I ALREADY PAID AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN INSTALLED, I would not bother with all of this.  However, as I have stated, ***** at the Blossman Canton office did tell me that it was included.  Therefore, I followed up repeatedly for almost 2 months before I was finally told that the regulator was not included after I was asked, who filled my tank with propane?  Why should who filled my tank matter and what bearing did it have on the statement that ***** had already made?  It is unethical at best to change the story and lie to a customer.  If I had not been told that the regulator was part of the install price I would have simply called another supplier and got it installed because I am disgusted by the customer service and business practices of the Blossman Canton office personnel.

      Sincerely,
