    We hired Rhino Tree Experts to remove a tree and grind tree stomp for us on Friday, March 14th. They removed the tree but wouldnt remove the mulch from the stomp. We were told that all of this was included in our price. We offered to pay extra for the removal of the mulch from the stomp. We were told that they would come by the morning of Saturday, March 15th to remove it for extra fee. We called and finally got an answer but the person on the other end continued to hang up on us and give us the run around on the time they would come by. We have to get this removed due to our HOA rules.

    On March 11th, we had an appointment with ****** Holiday and the ****** gave her an estimate for the removal of one maple tree, grinding the ***** and haul away. When we do ***** removal services, the mulch is used to fill the hole that was left behind from the tree, unless we are specifically told at the time of the estimate. This is where the misunderstanding came in, I guess when we said haul everything away, the customer might've thought that we would include the mulch for the same price, so on Friday March 14th I got a call that they needed to take the mulch but to our understanding, the mulch was going to be left behind. I transferred the call to ****** so he could speak to them about the removal and he offered to do it for an extra $100, however the crew couldn't remove at the time because they didn't have enough space for it. We offered to go afterwards but we had issues and it prevented us from going out to remove it the next day. Yesterday March 17th, we reached out to the customer to offer our apology and we refunded $400 back to them for the inconvenience. The customer seemed like there were no further issues so the case has been resolved.
