      ***** Townsend was hired to do a remodel on my bathroom and front steps and underpinning at my house he was to start on August 15th 2024. He put it off till October 25th we had already paid him $3250.00 he only showed up a total of 5 days. He had two install shower twice cause first one was damaged and not put in correctly. His employee put my shower valve in backwards on purpose as a joke towards ****. So that had to be redone. He ruined my vanity by cutting more than he should have for the waterlines. Which was brand new and cost me over $300.00. He didn’t even hookup the plumbing for my sink properly and it flooded my brand new flooring. Did not attach top to vanity. My bathroom is still not finished and my vanity sink still is not operable. Bare Sheetrock not finished. No finishing work completed it is terrible. We have reached out to him several times by text and phone calls. He will not call us back. He has sent a few texts saying he is coming and never shows up. Does not call or text to let you know he is not coming. It is now February 10th and my bathroom is still no finished. No steps. And no underpinning. But he still has my money. I would like to get money back from him. Cause I’m gonna have to pay again to get this mess fixed
