    Do not choose this company for your attorney needs. Especially a one ******* ********. We met with her for probate assistance and asked to give a list of other items the senior in question might need help with. She would review what she could assist with, provide us the cost and take it out out of the retainer. She never provided a list of fees and 1 month after receiving the money, she still had not filed probate documents, misunderstood an email sent to her and decided to take 1/4 of the retainer for calls and emails and meetings and drop the 86 year old as a client due to something she clearly didn't understand. Stating unethical conflict. I was not the client so the behavior of this attorney was unethical, fraudulent and basically theft. I went through the proper pro endures to complain and was of no use so now I make it my life's work to be sure nobody chooses her for representation. At the least she should have picked up the phone to obtain clarification on what the email stated and completed the probate activities if nothing else. The content of her character and that of the company that employs her tells you what they think of elderly, disabled and people of color. Find another firm!
