If I was able to give a 0 that would be my review. At first when I received a call from a Samuel W*****, he stated that he was from Federal Student Aid, and I believed him because, he had all when I say ALL" my personal information. So, I believed him!! For his service, he wanted me to pay $200.00 for 6 months. They completed my forgiveness loan application incorrectly to start with, that it was not going anywhere. However, I had realized that I already renewed my application, and it was accepted, prior to these people. I called my financial loan servicer and Federal student loan to ask if they are familiar with these people and they said no. The govt doesn't charge money when applying for forgiveness loan that its a scam. I tried calling those two people and their phone was unavailable. I reported them to fraud, and thankfully I was able to collect my 400.00 that they took from me. My advice to all of us victims, is to apply for Identity Theft to monitor your identity, since these people had all of our information. I can't believe that this complaint has not been shut down after all these complaints!!!!
