I didn't put a service listed because I honestly don't know what was performed on my car. I called and spoke to the manager and told him about the problem. P0301 cylinder 1 engine misfire on a **** ********** Mirage, so I already OBD scanned it. He says to bring it in he'd have to look at it to get the estimates. The front desk woman said they will give me a call on the estimates. 5:30pm, no call. I called the manger and he says, "Oh, the Mirage? It cuts off but dies out. That's an electrical problem and we don't deal with that. No thorough detail about checking out anything on the vehicle. He charged me 45$ for doing something I already did...yep, just to scan the car. I called back and the woman told me that they were still working on the car and I will get a call in the afternoon from the shop. I decided go to the shop. Told the woman that I'm here about the car. She says, "They're still working on it, come tomorrow. But you need to pay $45 now." I told her that my car was at the shop since early this morning and I already spoke to the manager. She said he was looking at it and just pushed it to the side and stopped working on it and told the others to don't look at it anymore."(What!! No phone call about this to the owner of the car, really!?) No apology, no nothing except charging me for nothing! So now I had to call the tow company to take it to mechanics who aren't money hungry and unprofessional. I cordially explained to the woman if someone wouldn't have gave me misinformation I would've towed the car earlier. But it's 5:40pm, they're about to close, and the tow is going to take 1hr, so now I have to wait. Had it not been for their neighbor shop, they would've closed the gate. No empathy. They understood pay us, but didn't want to thoroughly address the situation about my car over the phone, or in person. To make matters worse, it was no apology, no *************** kept throwing blame on the woman because he didn't want to deal with the issue.
