I pay regularly/on time (despite reg. rate increases) to Coastal Waste Inc. for trash pickup. They've been late regularly. I called ******** & spoke w/ ******, who mentioned she'd see ab. putting a credit on my acct. I called on ******** to follow up ab. the trash still sitting out front & spoke w/ ******, who was unhelpful &evasive. I explained that we now have ants, roaches, & flies all over our yard. Its been 11 days since our trash was picked up. When speaking w/******, she argued w/ me ab. the #of days it had been since Mon. was a holiday. I explained the point is that this isn't the 1st time trash pickup was missed & as a result, we have a pest issue. I requested to speak w/ a supervisor (each of the 4Xs that I called).She refused to escalate the call. I then requested the #to accounting. She gave me a # a dept in ***** (which they cannot see any acct info for ******* ). I called ****** back in ******* again requesting for the correct #, she gave me the #to a different office in ***** FL, a different state. I then called ****** back @ the ******* Office (3rd time I called), only to be #1 in que for 24 mins. She again told me no supervisor or manager was available &was extremely unsympathetic. She continuously argued w/ me on the previous call saying she had a witness there &that she hadn't given me the wrong #, that I requested the corporate #, when I know I requested the dept.s # responsible for crediting my acct, which is accounting. After several frustrating phone calls to the wrong dept & much wasted time, I am over this &want to personally report this person. I hope the call logs &ques are reviewed. This person gave me the run around, wasted my time &ultimately was no help. On top of the fact that I'm extremely dissatisfied w/ the root cause of the call. MULTIPLE MISSED TRASH PICK UPS. I pay my bill ON TIME. I expect my trash to be removed ON TIME..everytime. Otherwise, I need a late fee credited back to my account for late pick up.
