I purchased a 2015 ************** from Right Buy Automotive Sales on **********. They check my credit and there were some information on my credit that I was not aware of. I gave them another job that I had worked at and they told me that I had to pay a higher down payment because of that. They didn't won't to approve me but then they let me sign the paper to get the car and $800 pay my down payment. In the middle of signing my paper work, the manager get mad with someone on the phone, jumps up and leaves in his car. Leaving me there with unfinished paperwork. I asked the receptionist to help me finish my paperwork so I could get to work. But she wouldn't. Then the man returned and apologized. I finished signing the paperwork and I left with the car. after I left, I called back to tell him the things I was having problems with and he told me to bring the car back in on that Friday************ When I arrived back on the lot, I was told they had to take the car back. And they would give me my money back on Saturday. They were not open on Saturday and I contacted them several times only to be told by the secretary, she was out shopping and the manager blocked my calls. I called the manager on Sunday and he told me he could mint give me my money back, the owner of the car had to give me the money back. I have been trying every since to get my money but no luck. The salesman that helped me, tried to find out what was going on with the car. Only to be told by the manager, he had to talk to him later because he was ******************* The problem still exist.
