    My account with Public Storage was hacked back in June 2023. I could not get in my. So I called Patrick, I have a 5x15 climate control unit. Back then Patrick changed my password over the phone. I was to get back in my account and change my email and password. Well the same thing has happed again my account has been hacked and hacker again changed my email, phone number and password so I can't in my account. I also believe this same person is accessing my items I have in my storage. When I asked Patrick to change my email on back to what I had it when I original open my account he told me it can't be changed so I can assess my account. That I have to leave account the way the hacker have it. So in other words the hackers has control of my account and will not change it. Then he told me he was hanging up on me to come to the office to resolve this matter. Well I am in ****** ***** and he knows this. He just don't give a damn as longs he gets $141 each month which he is overcharging for this unit. He needs to do his job and change my email and phone number on my account so I can access my account. I pay this unreasonable amount for this unit. I should be able to access my account and Patrick should make sure no one can access my unit. I also made Patrick aware that some one stole my keys to my storage, PO Box and car. You would think he would double lock my unit so no one could access it. He has not done any thing. Is this really a logical way to conduct a business in a professional matter I DONT THINK SO

    Our District Manager Thomas has made attempts to reach out to Ms.
    ****** *******.
    We have not been able to get in contact with the customer,
    she called him  back but at 2:30am on
    Sunday and hasn’t returned my call that I made on Monday during the day. 
    We have also reached out to Ms. ******* via e-mail and no response
    back as of yet.
    BBB, we are waiting on Ms. ******* to respond via phone call
    during business hour or e-mail.
