I called my HVAC to check my air conditioner when they came out, they found there was a leak when the technician went to do a nitrogen test to find the leak he asked me had I gotten a new roof I told him yes and he told me that’s what the problem was that when I had the roof put on, they put a nail straight through my air conditioning line. I called truth roofing company and told them the problem, and they tried to say that it was not their fault that in the warranty they are not responsible, but it mentions nothing about an air conditioning line. The HVAC tech can explain it much better and that is through a company called ******** ******* ********. If you need to have it explained, but they said the company truth roofing is responsible for the damage at most roofing companies fix the problem of this nature or so I was supposed to receive a call from ***** the guy who I originally spoke with when I set up an appointment for the roof and he never called. I’ve emailed him I’ve called back. I still don’t get a response , so they are avoiding me and the damage is at least $2000 or more.
