    ************************* Problem: Customer called us over to setup computer since it had been disconnected prior to the company arriving. Once we arrive ************ was not present which was not known until she called after around an hour or so being there. Prior to the company even getting started getting the computer system and printer setup what the original service call was for. The company had to untangle an Extreme about of cables before even getting to the service call issue. There was no mention of the security cameras prior to work even being started. The TV was on but not the security cameras. The wires were tangle so bad that we had to unplug the computer, printer and monitor before doing anything. It was so bad that **** asked a staff member to untangle the cables the staff member told them you need to call someone in to resolve the problem. The first thing we did was unplug what we later realize was the camera box. Prior to anything being done we labeled the blue backs of the box from 1 to 4. Once we finish, we plugged everything backup the same way it was unplugged. I asked the staff member about the equipment and then I found out the device I plugged in was the camera. The staff member then turned to the **** channel that camera was on but it was not working because it was never plugged in until I plugged it in. So I can not verify what was on or not because I didn't know and it was unplugged. Once we plugged the **** for the camera, it was discovered that some particular cameras were not work. We did not know. We did discover a cable was missing. We informed the staff member prior to leaving after teaching a class to a resident. Once work was completed, I contacted the owner ************ and she stated that she didn't want to pay because the job was not complete. I corrected and let her know that what I was called out for was completed. I tried to clean up the messy pile of cables just to get to my work and as a favor put it back together. She went on and expressed how important it was to have the cameras up and running and would pay the following Monday. She stated she would pay $150 of the $350 requested to include an hour worth of class. She went on about the prices I reference to the prices being online and she was not charge.$95hr. but $75hr. I told her over the phone that I had a lot of respect for her until this issue. Needless to say we will never be able to do business again after the money is recovered. She also state that we would get paid after the company that is charge of the cameras come out and resolve the camera issue. As of******* we have not heard from ************ owner of Unique Personal Care Home where the service was performed at. I have sent invoices through ****** each day so far, but no response as of*******. This is fee will apply to all businesses. The hourly fee is non-negotiable. This fee does not include the service call.
