On ********* I notified Milton Ruben I had traded the vehicle we purchased from them, and I wanted to cancel my service contracts. They said once I received the paid in full letter from the lender call and cancel and speak to ************. I called her 2 times and left messages requesting a call back, she never responded. I called Mr. ********, a salesperson, and asked if there is anyone else that could help me, and he named ******* in accounting, who I proceeded to call, and she told me I needed to speak with ***********. I spoke with Ms. *****, and she emailed me the form on **********, to cancel the contracts. On ********** I emailed the completed cancellation form and paid in full letter from *********** and asked her to acknowledge receipt of the information. Ms. ***** did not respond. I week later, I called and left a detailed message for Ms. *****, shed has yet to respond. On ********** I called Milton Ruben and asked to speak with a manager, after relating why, I was transferred to the manger, of accounting a Ms. *******?, and I left a message requesting a call back in 24 hours. To date she has not responded either. It has been 4 weeks since I submitted the form (3-4 weeks processing time) but I have not received a return phone call regarding the status or if all the necessary information had been received.
