I called and they left a very detailed note with customer service at College Hunks. I explained everything in full detail but long story short the employees wasted a ton of time I feel on purpose and charged me for 2 and a half hours that should've taken a hour to a hour and a half considering I've used this company in the past with similar items on a 2nd floor apartment but this time it was a 1st floor apartment with only the bedroom set upstairs and did not take the washer and dryer this time. All of my furniture has damaged which is caused by how the items were packed. A different moving company that unloaded has mentioned it was not packed properly. Blankets and straps as well as furniture wrap was provided and there is still damage. I've taken pictures of the furniture and I will be taking pictures of any items in the boxes that have been damaged once I open them. This furniture was like new and I've always used coasters and have never seen any damage to them. The truck was not loaded similar to before and I was not able to take the most important items because there was no room and I am now paying 1-2k to replace items that should have been capable of fitting. My clothes, shoes, desk are extremely important and had to go into my car and I could not fit them all even after breaking items down into pieces. The manager has not called me back and customer service has also not helped much. I'm not finished taking pics but I've uploaded what I've done so far.
