            I informed *** of Oasis homes in Augusta ,Georgia that my Ac unit in the home was not blowing on one side of the home since early May 2021.The contractors that he hired to install the unit had came out twice to fix the problem. They never corrected the problem. I am receiving high light bills n the unit is working twice as hard to keep the home comfortable. I had nothing but problems from the time of the initial set up since January XX XXXX. I had to stay in a motel until they replaced my hot water heater. I have a 10 item punch list that I turned in 6 weeks ago that hasn't been addressed. I'm highly disappointed in the manufacturer *********** and the retailer Oasis Homes. Something should be done with the person's involved in these matters.
