            Company was hired to perform several jobs in which he did complete those. However, he said he was licensed contractor and we also hired him to knock down a wall, paint and redo bathroom. After he opened the wall we discovered he was not licensed to this kind of work. He was told by Columbia County Inspector directly that he was not properly licensed and could only do handyman type repairs. Inspector told us we should hire another company to oversee his work as the licensed contractor involved. This cost us 3200.00. We have a copy of a letter Busted Knuckles provided us stating they did not need a permit to knock the wall down. The Inspector with Columbia County said he did need a permit and that his license did not allow him to do that sort of work. He was paid 4800.00 to reno the bathroom and 1700.00 to paint. 300.00 was left to be paid upon completion. He did not complete these jobs and we have not been able to contact him. I do not feel comfortable with him at this point and would like a refund of the 6500.00

            I am impressed with the exceptional painting services done! William’s attention to detail was impeccable!! He painted the theater, dining, and bath rooms. Prior to painting, William prepped the walls, wiping them down, filling any holes and cracks, removed and reattached towel racks, bars, and tissue holders, light and socket covers before and after completing painting. Throughout painting, William communicated with me. Even though the walls were hand painted, it almost looked like they were spray painted. I HIGHLY recommend Busted Knuckles, William for painting projects and other jobs!! You will not be disappointed, but absolutely pleased with the end results…beautiful walls!!!!!!
