    I called the company to detail my car and made an appointment. They required a $25 deposit at appointment time. They didn’t show up on the day of the appointment. When I called 20 minutes after my appointment to ask where they were, the man said he didn’t know what was going on and needed 30 minutes to figure it out. I waited 4 hours and then called again. They said they were trying to figure something out. At that point, I asked for my deposit to be refunded and they agreed. 2 days later I had not received anything or heard about the refund being processed so I contacted them to ask when I could expect it. They told me they were very busy and that I was doing too much about $25. They offered to cash app it to me but never sent anything. I waited a few more days and reached out again stating that I would contact BBB and sharing my experience online. They said nothing for over 24 hours until I started to review them online. Now they’re harassing me with lawyers and taunting me about my refund. After looking online at other reviews, it seems I am not the first person this has happened to .

    I am writing to file a complaint against Marco Marbury, a car detailer. On August *** ***** ** **** *** I had my 2021 ** *** ***** professionally detailed by Mr. Marbury. He assured me that only soap and water was used to clean the rims of my car. However, I discovered significant damage to the metallic paint on the rims, which was not present before the service.

    Concerned, I took my vehicle to the ***** dealership for an evaluation. Their experts, along with ******** ******* ** ******* confirmed that the damage was likely caused by an acidic substance, not just soap and water as Mr. Marbury claimed. This type of damage aligns with the use of harsh chemicals, which should never have been applied to the rims. Both parties, with their extensive experience, are certain that the damage resulted from improper handling by Mr. Marbury.

    Due to this negligence, I am now facing a $2,500 expense to restore the rims to their original factory condition, as quoted by *****. The repairs are essential to rectify the extensive damage caused during the detailing.

    I also requested a refund for the detailing service, but Mr. Marbury has not issued it. The service not only failed to meet professional standards but also caused significant damage to my vehicle, leaving me with a substantial repair bill.

    I am seeking assistance from the Better Business Bureau to recover the $2,500 required for the repairs, as well as a refund for the original detailing service. I believe Mr. Marbury should be held accountable for the poor quality of service and the financial burden it has placed on me.

    I have attempted to resolve this matter directly with Mr. Marbury, but he denies responsibility and has not provided the refund I requested. I trust that the Better Business Bureau can help me obtain the compensation I am owed and prevent other consumers from facing similar issues with this service provider.

    Left all the mess they made in yard and has yet to return to clean it up. It been 2 months. I called originally to ask him to clean there mess and also why is they left my car so soaked in water that then Marcos detailing then blows my phone up with threats to my family
