            This complex has yet to fix my ac unit I have been here since ******** ** **** and every summer I have this same issue with my ac unit not working properly and my apartment is the same temp as outside being that each summer is hotter and hotter so is my apartment I have *****a this is not a good living condition I have put in plenty of requests and they never get resolved to the point where by the time they come and only look at the unit it’s no longer summer Time it’s fall and cold outside I have been told several times someone will come and fix the issue and no one shows being that I have cameras in my home to show me if someone has showed I just want my unit fixed correctly so I can be comfortable in my home

            Well my daughter have been living in the apartments In Milledgeville since October and ots nice apartments but a lot of issues..The girls haven't had no time in they're living area due to them fixing the ceilings cause of a water leak,no hot water for a couple of days and today they cut the water of and they gotta go to another apartments to bathe..Tonya the Manger needs to be more concerned and communicate better especially when you're paying your rent on time..So the prices that we pay for our child to be comfortable isn't being suitable and the property is great just the small issues that could be fixed if Tonya would communicate with the girls and maintenance.
