    Vonage was very difficult to work with. I started talking with them about 3 weeks ago and can not find anyone who can help with my account. They do not respond and continue to blame other departments for the lack of getting things done along with finding and true help is impossible. I have sent multiple emails, called in many times and still no help or real response as to how to continue. They got my account set up and can not find a solution on how to make payment. It's crazy to me that they would not want to fix this so they can collect a payment so businesses can move forward. I will not be working with vonage and I will highly discourage anyone I know to work with them. Poor communication, lack of knowledge, are very awful qualities to have in a business

    I set up service for my business yesterday and the **************** canceled the service with no ************** set up service, you are not asked to provide any validating documents so how can they assume that service is fraudulent. This is bad business. How can I know if someone is impersonating my business. How do you cancel a service for such an egregious reason with no explanation. I believe your business is fraudulent. I am with Ring Central. Ring Central is a better business with US -based customer support.

    The customer service with this company is horrible. The technology is horrible and broke. We changed to Vonage Business from Ring Central, and I do have to say Ring Central blows them away. We have had VOIP dialing issues for the last 9 months with open support cases. No one returns with updates, or fixes the issues. There is not way to speak to anyone. There is no one in corporate, there is not way to file a complaint. If you value your business, do not get Vonage Business *************

    We decided to end our relationship with Vonage based on their high monthly cost to our business of $479/monthly.I spoke to **** We are apparently on a 36 month contract that auto renews.Our account was activated on 12/17/2021 making 12/16/27 our next contract end ******* order to cancel on 3/10/25 they wanted a $12,069.75 Early Termination Fee (ETF)If we wait until July 14th 2025 we can cancel without the fee. He did not have an answer as to why July 14th was special.We want them to immediately cancel our contract with no additional fees.

    This company should not be in business!! You cant even speak to a real person when you call, you end up going through the entire phone menu and it just goes in circles! SO FRUSTRATING!!! If I could give this company zero stars, I would. All I wanted was a copy of our contract and no one gets back to you, no one even answers your emails! Absolutely worthless, but they sure want their payment on time each month! I am going to switch to another business. Beyond worthless.

    Complete disgrace touting itself as a professionally run company. No available agent to speak to for days. No phone tree connection leads to a single Vonage agent. Our concern is that while running a highly busy medical practice we are unable to send or receive text messages from our patients. Multiple attempts and hours of frustration has lead to dead ends. Email and chat options were useless and all run by unintelligent "AI". I AM WRITING THIS TO BRING THIS TO BBBs awareness to investigate this failing company. Just as a final comment- I was on hold for 16 minutes to even get a SALES REPRESENTATIVE and then never connected with one because I got disconnected. Compete amateur hour. I'm not the only one. There are FB groups I have found that have members with horror stories about Vonage Business Cloud.

    Terrible support and care. They show no urgency in resolving ongoing customer service issues and they could not figure out how to get their clents registered and approved for *********** for months. Their Partner ************* is pointless as they know just as much as I do when it comes to ticket status, plus they are not 24/7 so you have towait until 9 am Eastern to recah them. I had to move my client to a more stable platform after 3 months of unreliable service and they then hit me with a $4k chargeback. I could not let my client stay on for another 3 months and continue to lose business just so I could hold onto my commission. Vonage took zero responsibility on that even though 50+ cases were opened in that 3 month time frame. If I could give zero stars i woud. As an agent i will never recommend Vonage again.

    What a total scam. Loss leader advertising. ****** add states **** line rates start at $13.99 per line. Quote came back at over $57.00 a month for one line. Give me a frigging break. No wonder why they have a 1 star rating. I could barely understand the sales guy - must be in *****. 9/11/24

    There website only works with Firefox and not Edge or Chrome. There costumer support is practically non existent. I have tried repeatedly to cancel my account and the only way to talk to them is chat and each time they tell me they can't help me but that I will receive a call. I never receive a call from them. They also don't respond to tech support tickets as well.

    I've had vonage business now for over a year. Customer support is non existent. They do not care if your business line completely goes down and you lose all of your customers. This is possibly the worst ********************** I've ever encountered now.I'm doing everything.I can to find replacement.
