  Being in my 90s and having health problems I decided to pass my timeshare onto someone else. I have enjoyed timeshare travel for almost 40 years. Thanks to *************************** I was able to accomplish that. God willing, in a few weeks I will no longer be responsible for annual maintenance fees. Thank you, Bay Tree. You made the process easy for me. Working with you has been beneficial.

  I signed on with ******** in February 2021 with the intention they would help market and sell my time share. Over three years later and not a single offer has been placed- weve dropped the price as well. When I first asked about a refund I was told it was basically a long shot and had to wait another few months to ask. I left a review on ****** that this was a waste of time and money on my part and wouldnt recommend them. The same day I got a call from a customer service *** saying I could either have my mean review or a full refund. It didnt sit right with me so I refused the offer and said if theyd like to make it right they could call me back with a reasonable offer and not what I felt like was a payoff. No call has been received since but the whole interaction gave me a bad feeling about the company.

  Some timeshares sell fast, and some take a longer time to sell. If you want to sell a timeshare, the important thing is that it happens *as fast as it can.* The benefit of using our services is that we guarantee to advertise your timeshare until it sells period the faster the better for all of us. We also guarantee to be the fastest way to sell your timeshare, and in over 18 years of helping timeshare owners sell, no company has ever proven to be faster at selling timeshares than us. If you had told us that if it took longer than you wanted to sell your timeshare you would consider that a waste of time and money,then we would have never agreed to take you on as a client because you clearly dont get it: We are the fastest and most affordable way to sell your timeshare,and if it takes longer because your unpopular timeshare is slow to sell, than our services are an ever better deal for you.

  I am very unhappy with my experience since I gave this company my money months ago I haven't heard anything. ***** who was my contact does not answer his phone or return my call. It was intimated by him due to the location of my property and my low cost l should receive contact in about 30 days. I am unhappy that when looking over the website it is difficult to locate my property as more expensive properties are showcased. I advised of the urgency I needed to sell and he fooled me think it would sell quickly even though he did advise no guarantees. I feel I have been defrauded of my money. Do not believe this company!!!

  1. We have never had any employees named "*****." 2. Timeshares rarely sell within 30 days and you were never told to expect that outcome. (All your contacts with ** were recorded.)  3. In the barely two months you have been a client, you have never called us or reached out to communicate with anyone at our company. 4. You've already tried telling the same story to your bank when you filed a fraudulent chargeback. We submitted your signed contract proving you were lying and your bank reversed the charge in our favor. The next day you posted this false review. We don't give in to extortion attempts. We're very unhappy we accepted you as a client.

  Great experience, whenever I called to check on my timeshare sale I was treated politely and my calls were returned fast. I was eventually able to connect with a buyer and get my timeshare sold. Thanks for your help!
