      I've been with this company for over 3 years, and my valuable items were stolen from me. I am in disbelief on how the customer service/ manager was unprofessional, and rude. *********, did not show compassion for my storage being broken. Knowingly, he is always present upon my arrivals. However, this happened in a time span of 6 days total. I've had sentimental items that were taken, merchandise , along with my identity. There are 24 hour security cameras. This matter was filed as a police report.

      The facility is very dishonest. I signed an agreement with them to remove my stuff by today. They did not put in writing that it had to be removed by 6 pm. They charged me for a full month and didnt even give me the full thirty days. Then they said theyd give me another day. But they cheated me of a few hours because they said it had to be removed by 6pm. I also requested more time because it was not enough time to remove my stuff. They would not give me more time. I spoke to the ceo ***** and he would not work anything out with me. In the past, a corporate guy ***************** was helpful. But he stopped replying to my emails. I can not remove everything by today and now theyre going to take all my property.

      Storage Post knew unequivocally that I had not been notified of a pending auction of the contents of my storage unit and did it anyway. When I contacted them, I provided proof of this, and asked for the contact information for the insurance I bought through them, and to be able to contact the purchaser. They refused both requests. I filed an arbitration with AAA as required under the contract I signed with Storage Post. They ignored the correspondence from the Arbitrator and did not pay the fee. I have now advised AAA that they should remove Storage Post from their list of businesses that they will consider disputes about. I have also requested that Nassau County revoke Storage Post's license to do business.I am requesting the full replacement cost of the contents of my storage unit at this time. Documentation will be uploaded shortly.

      I am rejecting this response because: it is not responsive. Storage Post's General Counsel is already fully aware of the misconduct on the part of the Storage Post staff, my attempts to resolve this with him directly, and his own failure to abide by the contract between me and Storage Post.

      Storage Post has refused to pay the arbitration fees required by the arbitration agency selected by them in our contract.

      They are in breach of contract.
