    I ordered a #9 SUPREME sub sandwich on DoorDash - with extra cheese.Total was $23.95.I received the sandwich and it wasnt ANYTHING I ordered. Talk about a way to anger a customer! This was a pure foolish , lack of comprehension on the Jersey Mikes location.EVERY SINGLE condiment , every single TOPPING, was NOT included. NO BACON, as listed. NO extra cheese - as I paid an EXTRA $1.29 for. NO pickles. NO spicy relish. NOTHING was on the sandwich but 2 meats and 4 slices of Swiss cheese. And a STRING OF HAIR for garnish. Yes, hair. Ive never had this **** poor expense from this restaurant , but this is VERY alarming. It seemed as if someone was trying to **** off customers or was having a bad day, because how could an order be prepared so grossly inaccurate !? DoorDash only issued me $5.94 back- which I found to be highly unacceptable and an insult to injury. I CANT eat a sandwich with hair on it , in addition, this was NOT the $23 sandwich Id paid for! This is just about the principle. And the lack of customer care DoorDash could provide - in which they failed to even reach out to the exact Jersey location , at least. Needless to say, I have a bread and cheese sandwich WASTED. I paid someone else to prepare a delicious supreme sub sandwich. Had I known this would happen- I couldve literally made a regular and LESS insulting sandwich at home.Ive included photos of the sandwich I was GIVEN/delivered and a picture of what the actual ORDER shouldve looked like, AND the FULL RECEIPT .A screenshot of my interaction with ******** , immediately reporting this debacle.A picture of the long strand of hair found ATTACHED on the underside of the meat and cheese .

    We have tried several times to contacted this customer for a refund for this order he received.  He has yet to return our phone call.
