      Scheduled our 1st service with Orkin for ant control and no one showed up on time. Finally a technician called after our scheduled time and said hed be late. Im cancelling our one year agreement I signed this morning trusting this company would send someone at the scheduled time. I also canceled the appointment.

      Paid $581 for bee removal from Canal. Critter Control of Albuquerque came out twice for 45 minutes to apply Delta Dust. Bee colony increased and had to get another company to address the problem and correct problems created by Critter Control.
      Am requesting a partial refund, and acknowledgement that bee removal is not what they do.

      I called today at like around 1330. They got all my information, was very friendly and professional. They said they could come today around 4-6. I agreed. As it turned out he could come around 3. ***** was such a great man. Very kind, courteous and professional. I appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond and a plus that they could get me in the same day. Thank you orkin for your outstanding service. Please recognize the people i dealt with today for their continued outstanding service.

      Do not hire Critter Control of Phoenix who is owned by Rollins, Inc. I was price gouged outrageously for their services. I am a single woman living alone. I paid triple the cost for gassing out kangaroo mice in **. Then had a bird issue and was again charged outrageous amount for "repairs". ***** on this company!

      Ive had 2 inspections scheduled within ***** and both were a no show. The first time I received a call hours after they were to be here with an excuse they could have easily called to reschedule and the second time, a complete no show. Terrible customer service, I do not recommend

      Im not saying that their chemicals dont work. Im sure they do. My biggest complaint about this company is that we told them we have a baby in the house and they assured us that everything would be safe after drying. A man shows up and we tell him to avoid all of the baby areas the best that he could. He proceeds to walk around the house and sprays all around her toys and even around her milk bottles that were drying by the windowsill. A general careless attitude and was even seeming slightly annoyed that we had that simple request. Also, he placed giant poison globules by the back sliding door that never dries. So therefore, there is an extremely toxic substance always by the back door so we had to worry about the baby crawling in that area. Honestly, even all of this is somewhat forgivable. What is unbelievably infuriating is the fact that you cannot reach this company if you have an active account with them. They claim that you can call anytime 24 7 for questions or asking for free services in between as needed. If you have an active account, you absolutely cannot reach them. Your number is placed into a category that falls to the absolute bottom of the list and you will never get through to anyone at all with the phone number attached to your account. I downloaded a spoof number application And on the very first phone call I was talking to somebody with a made up number. When a company claims that you can call them anytime, but yet your number is essentially blocked that smells an awful lot like total deception. So every time I call Orkin, I have to either spoof my phone number to look like another phone number or use a completely different phone from one of my friends. Because if you have an account with them, it is physically impossible to reach them. They would probably never admit this, but I saw firsthand how calling from my phone number about 50 times over a few days and getting no response versus using another number and getting a response right away.

      I have had a very tough customer service experience with *****. They installed both in-ground and above-ground termite stations a couple of months ago. The above-ground station needs to be regularly monitored to see if there is still termite activity. The technician came a a couple times to do the monitoring, then missed an appointment and was difficult to get in contact with again. He finally responded to my communication, visited again, then missed the next appointment. Calls to the technician, Orkin ***** number, and the financing company and a certified letter to the local branch have either been unreturned or yielded no contact from the local office. I have asked for written confirmation of termination of the contract so I can hire a company that wants to do the job.

      You know how when tragedy strikes, you find out who your real friends are? Well, the same can be said about businesses.We have been a customer with ***** for 31 years. About three years ago, we had them do a bat-proof job for our attic. We paid about $2,000. They returned in this year to inspect to make sure it's still keeping the bats out. The ***** person said he found places that had never been sealed, but, hey, it's out of warranty so you'll have to pay again. So, let me get this straight, you missed areas but we need to pay. OK, that's $2,000 gone. So, we had them do it again (bad judgement on my part) but this time it was $3,000. A month after the work, we had a historic hail storm, tennis ball size hail. It destroyed our roof, car, siding, garage doors, patio, gutters and windows. I called Orkin because I was pretty sure what they had done a month earlier was destroyed. They came and said, yup, it's destroyed and, what's more, you put on a new roof so the warranty is not valid. Yes, I put on a new roof because it was utterly destroyed. Too bad, it will now cost $3,200 to ****. Now here is the kicker (actually one of the many kickers). We hadn't even paid for the job yet. We went with the financing from the ***** affiliate and the first payment was not due until June 18. OK, let me get this straight. I paid $2,000 for no reason, then I paid $3,000 for a job that got destroyed and now I have to pay $3,200 more. The guy doing the estimate said he would talk to THE MANAGER about maybe getting under the warranty. Yeah, no.I then emailed the **** person who had coordinated the job this year and asked him if he could help me. He said he would forward my email to THE MANAGER and get back to me. Yeah, didn't happen.I tried calling THE MANAGER but she wouldn't take or return my call.If I could give minus 100 I would. This is a terrible way to treat anyone, much less a customer for 31 years.

      Heres your warning, do NOT use Orkin. They may have been a number one company once, but all they do now is try to push to get you into a monthly plan. For the first time in our 30 years at our home we started having an ant problem. We called Orkin for a single application which they said would take care of the ants. They did the application and said if we saw anything within a month we could call and they would repeat the application. We saw more ants a couple of weeks later and called. They did a second application. About a week and a half after the second application, the ants were back inside and outside the house. They came back and the guy treated outside the house and just left. Never came back inside. I complained to Orkin and got a call from a guy who then tried to guilt trip me on the phone about how much of their own money they were spending on our job and how they were nice enough to come out for the third application. Imagine, they did three applications when they told me one would do, I paid to have the pest eradicated, but they were being nice by coming out again spending their money . BUT . (heres where the other shoe drops) if I wanted to sign up for a monthly service they would be happy to do it. Thats their goal folks. They are NOT going to fix your problem up front because then they cant make more money. They are going to do a half-assed job and then claim you need a $90 a month service. Its all a scam in my opinion and my recommendation is run away from these shysters as fast as you can. Note that on their web site, you cant leave a review. Their customer testimonials are hand-picked to make them look good. They wouldnt dare allow customers to post real-time and let everyone see what they really do.

      Zero stars for ******************************************I originally called them in a panic over a mouse in my home. The phone *** quoted me one price and assured me they would spray and set traps. No mention was made of multiple packages until I was already trying to confirm the appointment suddenly only certain services were covered unless I paid more.After I adjusted my package, the scheduler insisted on a time Id already said I couldnt make, then promised a 3:30 p.m. visit. I watched on my doorbell camera as the technician rang once and drove off before 3:00. When I phoned, I was told to reschedule for the next day.The tech who finally arrived seemed to know nothing about my situation. Seeing all the traps I had already set, he showed me identical traps in his kit then said he would just reuse mine. He sprayed the outside for bugs (not rodents, as promised) and told me an inspector would follow up to locate entry points.That inspector stayed maybe 15 minutes, said it was just one mouse, and left without finding how it was getting in. The next morning my security camera caught the mouse neatly avoiding the bait hed placed.I called again, furious. A supervisor apologized, claimed they could perform the correct rodent treatment but only for an extra fee. I reluctantly agreed, thinking it would solve the problem. They set exterior bait boxes, sprayed again, and promised another inspection. No inspector ever came.When I demanded a refund, another supervisor pressured me not to cancel. After a long back-and-forth he approved a refund and swore they would still come inspect.
